Guarding
Our staff are trained specifically to each of our clients needs. Our staff are frequently visited by our supervisors to maintain these standards. All our clients are visited by our management team on a weekly/monthly basis also to update these instructions if needed. Weekly/daily or monthly scheduled guarding reports will be sent out to clients for peace of mind. We monitor our guards using iTalk PTT and report back immediately after an incident. Our staff has been trained for any situation that comes their way and we only appoint PSIRA graded officers to protect your bottom line.
Security audits
Direct Action Security has State of the art equipment used by our security staff while on duty to monitor movement on the premises as well as 24/7 communication between the control room and the officer on duty. This equipment also gives clear indication of when our staff are on and off duty.
In the case of emergency, our equipment are also equipped with panic buttons where necessary personal and services are dispatched.
Independent review and examination of a system's records and activities to determine the adequacy of system controls, ensure compliance with established security policy and procedures, detect breaches in security services, and recommend any changes that are indicated for countermeasures.
undercover agents
From time to time our clients, especially in retail security, need to place undercover agents in place to infiltrate groups within their company to expose the staff that are involved in illegal actions.
We have an outstanding track record with these affiliations.
An undercover security guard can assist with loss prevention, thefts, terrorism, threats, internal investigations and threat mitigation. Plain clothes officers can also work in conjunction with uniformed security guards for event guard services, crowd control, undercover operations and retail security.
24/7 control room
WE ARE ALWAYS OPEN
We are open 24/7 with a fully functioning control room managed by the controller on duty. A highly trained supervisor is on duty/standby and just a call away for when an incident occurs.
CONTROLLER
There is always a controller at the office monitoring iTalk and communicating with guards on the radio system regarding the well being of the officer and the patrols. All of our security officers has a panic button on the site.
iTALK PTT
The system we use to monitor the whereabouts of our officers and to ensure that there are no failed patrols. The controller communicates with the guard frequently during the day and night shifts. When an incident occurs and the panic button is pressed an alarm will sound in our control room through the iTalk application.
SUPERVISOR
One of our highly trained supervisors are always on duty/stand by for when an incident occurs on a site. When an alarm is sounded the supervisor will immediately drive to the site of the incident.
